Pricing and payments

All our prices are in Euro € currency, we accept payments by Bank transfers or PayPal.
Final price of your order does not include shipping and taxes.

We inform you that a transfer fee by Paypal is also in charge of client’s.

Deposit

We kindly request a deposit of 50% before we begin to work (it is required to secure your spot in our schedule and in order to pay for services we provide and material fees). The rest of the payment/final payment will be calculated prior to shipping and is considered as a condition before shipping.

Personal data/Privacy

We do not require any form of registration.
We require minimum personal data from you necessary for your wedding stationery/calligraphy goods and shipping (contact details: your address, telephone number, email address and in case of shipping outside European Union also your ID number) and we do not pass or share this information to a third party or publish it anywhere in the social media.

Proofing

Please ensure you carefully check over all proofs including content/spelling, layout, card sizes/colour/type, font size and ink colour.
You will receive 1 complimentary proof round for minor revisions to text, layout/calligraphy and one final design proof, to approve revisions before proceeding to print.
Although we check over all handwritten goods, occasionally errors may occur. In such case, please contact us immediately and we will send a correction or refund the amount paid for the incorrectly written goods, if a correction is not available for any reason. If the error is on the list provided by you, the correction will incur additional writing/shipping costs.

Variations

Please keep in your mind that due to a handmade production and use of handmade material, the result products can vary from each other which makes them unique and we consider it to have the special charm and character from piece to piece.
We try to give you as accurate description of colour, shape and texture of products as possible.
There might be slight variances in your monitor/screen and images on our website.
Our calligraphy is handwritten and as an artisanal production there might be slight irregularities. Handwritten calligraphy may differ between pieces depending on the length, size and amount of words, names etc.

Shipping

ML is based in Girona, Spain but we also ship worldwide. You will be informed about the shipping options once production is complete and your goods are ready to be sent.
We ship your goods via Spanish Post (Correos), providing you a tracking number.
Shipping within European countries may take up to 7 business days, shipping outside of Europe usually up to 10-14 business days.
If a client requires fast/express shipping we do so via DHL Courier, in this case the final price depends on size of a package and a destination country.
We have no guarantee or control over shipment timeframes (besides the information provided via the tracking number). We are not responsible for any losses or delays due to shipping and damages caused by transport.
International orders may be liable for taxes or tariffs upon entry to your country, these are the responsibility of the client.

Cancellations, refunds and returns

Due to the custom nature of calligraphy, Martina Lyons does not offer refunds, exchanges or returns of any kind.

Copyright/Publication

Martina Lyons keeps all copyrights to our work.
All the images, design, artwork and products are in a possession of Martina Lyons and they may not be reproduced, copied or used for any other purposes.
Should any image of work by ML be published, we must be notified and correctly credited before publishing.
We keep the rights to post your invitations/wedding goods on our website and social media. If there is an issue with us doing so, please advise us.
